Philip Levy

Philip, a Senior Associate and Associate Director – National Retail Group with Marcus & Millichap, focuses exclusively on retail investment sales, including both single-tenant and multi-tenant properties throughout DFW and across the country. Philip has closed more than ±60 transactions valued at more than $145 million over the last five years. Prior to Marcus & Millichap Philip worked in Telecommunications for Lucent Technologies and was a member of the exclusive Achievers Club, which represents the top sales professionals. Philip also started the Navini Networks sales department, acquired by Cisco Systems in 2007, a global leader in point to multi-point wireless. Philip attended Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX and received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Philip grew up on Rockport and has lived in Texas his entire life.

Kristin Evans

Kristin joined Marcus & Millichap in 2006 and directs brokerage operations for The Vitorino Levy Group. Her areas of expertise include research, client services, and escrow management. Kristin is a currently a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas. Kristin is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Cox School of Business and a Bachelors of Art in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Meadows School of the Arts.

Tom Colven

Research Associate

Tom joined Marcus & Millichap as a Real Estate Research Associate in February 2009. Prior to this position, he has had experience in market research analysis, focusing on the major Texas markets covering all commercial asset types. He also has worked in property management and leasing coordination. He is currently working towards becoming a licensed real estate salesperson. Tom graduated from Duke University in 2007, double majoring in Political Science and Markets and Management.

Our primary focus is multi-tenant shopping centers in Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) and throughout Texas as well as single-tenant (STNL) properties throughout the southwestern United States. We offer an extensive inventory of exclusively listed multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant net leased (STNL) investments, that may be double-net (NN), triple-net (NNN), absolute-net or ground-lease assets.

Many of our Sellers consist of developers, owners, investors and/or lenders of commercial retail properties that need to sell a particular investment or portfolio of assets. Our Buyers are local and out-of-state investors that need to fill a 1031 exchange requirement or who want to invest equity in commercial real estate.
